A nonprofit agency that serves mentally retarded anddevelopmentally disabled adults is facing new citations from thestate for deficiencies at one of its shelters.
Deaf Education and Advocacy Focus Inc. of South Charleston wascited earlier this year for deficiencies at its West Sattes Adult DayTreatment Center in Nitro, where a severely disabled man died inFebruary.
